I am in and from Germany, 24 years old, student.

I don’t drink or smoke, I sport regularly (running and swimming) and eat sorghum flakes for breakfast.

Do’s:
– washing every 3-4 days
– almond oil for nourishing
– cold water
– towel-dry
– braid at night
– hair tips cut every 6 weeks
– sports (swimming, running)
– sorghum flakes for breakfirst
– healthy diet
– bristle brush

Don’ts:
– smoke, drink, drugs
– blow-drying, iron styling
– hot water
– chemical treatment or coloured in any ways
– silicon shampoo’s

As you can see on the pictures, my (open) hair which I would cut off is about 45-50 cm (18-20 inch).
Unless the buyer is willing to come to my place (Germany), I will let my hair cut by a professional saloon. There are possibilities to video tape (friends are media design students – professional equipment/skills)
