50+ inches of natural blond virgin hair. Untreated, no dryers, hairspray, straighteners,dyes, curlers, or anything similar. Hair is generally kept braided or loose. I avoid processed foods, eat carefully, and use only natural and gentle shampoos twice a week and conditioners once a week.
