Description

My hair is free of dyes and heat irons/curlers. My everyday hairdo are 2 braids and I style it with shine n jam sometimes or no product. I use Nexxus as my shampoo and conditioner. I wash my hair between 3-4 times a week and let it dry naturally. I am a pescatarian, I eat veggies and fruits. I hydrate with filtered water or Gatorade zero. No alcohol or drugs. I take multivitamins and extra vitamin e. Occasionally I’ll use coconut oil as a mask for my hair.
