I am a dude, so my hair has been free of chemicals his whole life. I wash my hair once every 2 days, just normal shampoo. i usually use it free, but sometimes i may use a head band or a elastic.

I do have alcohol one or twice per month but it will be mostly wine at home and never more than 2 glasses. will not understand why is this important to hair buyers.

I am never in smoke environments since in Norway is forbidden to smoke in most places. Also Norway is almost pollution free in the small town where i live.

There is no split ends or any other damage to the hair.< <
