I have healthy lifestyle, which I do not smoke and rarely drink. My hair routine is wash and condition every 2-3 days. I do dry my hair with a hair dryer and use heat protectant before doing so. I rarely curl my hair with curler. Most of the time the hair is in loose braids or down. My hair is never dyed.
